Speaking of diversity among early mammals, Clemens recalled that only a year ago another group of Chinese paleontologists reported discovering the fossil bones of a small dog-size mammal named Repenomamus that lived on land 130 million years ago and ate other animals, including baby dinosaurs. Another mammal called Fruitafossor, Clemens said, was reported last year from Colorado and it also emerged in the dinosaur world about 150 million years ago. The style looks like a refined version of Waking Life, except this movie has a plot. Hopefully, Linklater won't screw this up as its an excellent book to begin with.
