This map is not even close. For example, it has central Arizona (elev. 8000-10000 feet) under water. I don't calculate that even Chicago (elev. 800 feet) would be on or even near a coast.
Nice cartoon, but it shouldn't be presented as having anything to do with planet earth.

He didn't deny it. He just proved the illustration to be false. It's impossible. There's not enough water even with melted icecaps for that to happen!
