Hyperthymestic syndrome. To remember everything. Fascinating. She's like an "idiot savant" without the idiot part.

Actually, ""idiot savant" without the idiot part" is the way "savant" got it start. Savant still means genius. The "idiot" part is just added for special cases of autistic or otherwise mentally challenged people who have a genius-like talent in some specific area.
