01/05/2005 Entry: "Google Hacks"

Some lesser known google hacks. This exploits common directory and filenames to find stuff like music, movies, and applications.

But the best part is you can search for unsecured webcams and security cameras with this search and this search. This search works too, but some of these cameras are down, but if you find a working one you can usually control it. This search also seems to produce the most cameras, but usually little personal webcams.

I like this convenience store cam. Just people entering and leaving. Or perhaps you'd like to watch some dutch people work out. Or watch this Japenese cashier while away the hours. He was asleep when I first tuned in. His equally boring smu.edu counterpart is here. Or watch these guys build furniture Some dork's model train setup here. This is supposedly a Japanese funeral home cam.

Whoops, it looks like the people over at the PGA (world's biggest golf association) forgot to secure their webcam over at their worldwide headquarters and spa. Boring golf on golf action here! There's this great "global eye" hacker feeling to the whole thing.

Nice checkered pants, buddy!

I expect a lot of sysadmins to be called in and a lot of firewalls to be purchased in the near future.

I think those "furniture" builders are building a BOAT! Cool.

That's what I thought too, but I couldnt really tell. Its either a boat or they're contractors building something. Isn't it weird they would do it in such a small space without a big door or something to remove it when they are done?
