Why does the McMuffin taste so gooood? Its all the damn MSG in there. I'm surprised, but not exactly shocked. Those things are almost addictive. Also, McDonalds is focusing its MSG efforts on breakfast, salads, and chicken sandwiches. So the lesson here is if you try to eat healthy at McDonalds you might suffer from some serious MSG-related problems. Good to know. Whoa, MSG is a neurotrasmitter? I thought it just worked on your tongue, but it works directly on your brain.
